Sara and I did more wedding planning today and got to pick out our Wedding Cake. I can’t wait to see what it looks like when it’s completed. It is hard to believe that our wedding is just a handful of months away.

Autism and Dressing Up- If there’s one thing I enjoy that is off the beaten path of a good amount of autistic people, it’s getting dressed up because of the sensory struggles that go with it. Don’t get me wrong, I love to wear my quitters a lot of the time, aka my sweatpants and hoodies, but there’s something about dressing up that gives me a lot more confidence in myself while being anxious most of the time. And let’s face it, after being in film festivals and being on panels, I love to dress up and look good. How do you feel about dressing up despite sensory struggles?

One Year Anniversary

One Year Anniversary – Today marks Sara’s and my one year anniversary of being together. I couldn’t be any happier about where I am, and Sara is the best person to spend my life with. Sara is my partner in life and my best friend, which is something I’ve always wanted. We have so much in common and are pretty much inseparable. Without Sara, I would not be where I am today, I love her so much, and she means the world to me. Thank you for being you, and I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with you and marry you in October.
